We have your machine #8222Electronic Universal Testing MachineUTM, WDTW.
When measuring the ring stiffness of the pipe compress we have two measuring ranges.
1. Up to 5.000 N
2. Up to 50,000 N
When working on measuring range 1 up to 5,000 N, the measuring range can not be rocked at 0 before the measurement starts. I press the Clear button on the screen, while the display shows minus 400 N.
How can I solve this problem, that when I press the clear button the measuring range reaches 0N.

| Hello, i have a little problem with one of the machines that was purchased from u about 1015 years ago. Model number: WDTW0901, Program name: CompressM211 ver 7.2.0 T2002 Universal Tester Measure and control system. Copyright Chengde jingmi, Designed Zhang Yunfu 2002.
As our old computer stopped worked so we had to upgrade to a newer system but we have nowhere to get Software updates to that machine. So it does not work with windows 7 and the software we had with the machine doesnt install at all on the new computer. Any information would be welcome or atleast a place where we could get some help with it.
